Cleveland City Council completed budget reconciliation on July 15, 2024, allocating an additional $17.5 million from the 2026 Operating Budget to fund priority programs in infrastructure, housing, safety, and parks. A $500,000 loan was authorized for Guardian Structural Technologies LLC to support expansion of its pre-fabricated company operations at 18105 Cleveland Parkway. Council also amended legislation to increase the loan amount and term for the Erieview Tower project. The project is planned to include 227 apartments, 210 hotel rooms, and 300,000 square feet of office space.
